畢業口試申請須知
- 重要！ 請於口試前三週備齊文件提出口試申請，以利專班幫您向學校申請口試程序，學校口試申請流程未通過前，即使進行口試學校也不會承認，此點請特別留意！
- 請下載附件壓縮檔，印出其中的檢核表確認自己符合畢業條件(含修畢教育部校園學術倫理教育課程)，再將原創性比對的完整報告寄至專班信箱(dpeecs@nycu.edu.tw)，以利助理協助審核格式。
- 請與指導教授以及口試委員協議好口試舉行的時間，並自行借用場地，辦妥後再將口委邀請函填妥寄送至專班信箱，並攜帶完整的口試申請文件至專班啟動流程。
- 工三研討室借用：請洽負責人韋慶祥先生(地點：EC341；分機：31778)
- 電機工程學系會議室借用：請線上借用或洽各單位負責人詢問
- 若為口委中有非各大專院校教師者，請填寫碩士學位考試委員提聘資格認定書，並附上口試委員最新履歷(Curriculum Vitae)(含個人學經歷、學術研究及專長)，於口試申請時繳交至專班辦公室。
- 論文口試的口試委員，專班補助支付學生畢業口試費、交通費之口試委員人數（不含指導教授）上限為三人，第四人及以上之費用請由學生與教授自行負擔。【104.02.05專班委員會修訂】
口試結束後應繳回之文件
- 口試結束後，請務必與指導教授最終確認論文名稱。若已確定不再修改，請儘快將口試成績資料表和口試評分表一併繳交至專班用印。
- 用印完成，請將口試成績資料表送至註冊組(註冊組公告之113學年度第1學期繳交學位考成績表截止日為2025/01/23)。
